11:30 am - Group Healing Offering

Service Description

Healing sessions will be at 11:30am and/or 1:00pm (If you would like to attend both sessions, please email me at lauren@lilianamariecreative.com for a $5 discount!) Awaken the lunar connection in this 20 minute New Moon Themed Energy Healing Offering with Experienced Meditation Guide, Energy Worker, and Reiki Master, Lauren Hellekson. Humans are so deeply connected to the phases of the moon but seldom lean into it fully. During this session, you will be guided into your heart and spirit with voice and sound lead energy meditation. Lauren will then share self Reiki style techniques while you experience working with your own energetic body. This is a practice for all humans. Come ready to release all that no longer serves you to the magic of the New Moon. What to Expect: - Dress comfortably and warm for your group session - Avoid any strong perfumes - You will be seated in a standard folding chair & you're welcome to bring a seat cushion and/or blanket - There will be lightly diffused essential oils in the room - There will be gentle meditation music, singing bowls, rain stick, hand pan drum, and possible light drumming in the space - You will be guided verbally throughout the session, your only requirement is to relax, release, and just "be" - All group healing is a "hands hover" experience, you will receive light energy healing by the instructor and an assistant (for larger groups) without any physical touch - Your session includes your ticket to enjoy the rest of the Grafton Psychic & Holistic Gathering!* *Any additional offerings/readings/healings within the event are not included

Cancellation Policy

Please only book your group offering if you are sure you can attend. Cancellations will be accepted a week from the event date. You can transfer your booking to someone else by emailing with the new information of the person who will be attending in your place.
